Welding ideal energy saver is a Electronics sensing unit it’s the detects the voltages across the electrode gun and these non-weld periods and switches off the power to the welding transformer by using a contactor (contactor not supplied by us). After preset time interval and hence saves power during these periods. When welding operator need to touch the electrode to the material to be welded and the unit instantly starts the weld, which then can be carried on continuously.
